New Orleans Fashion Week
Gearing up for its 10th season, join local designers, fashion enthusiasts, and creatives at New Orleans Fashion Week (NOFW) from Tuesday, September 19 through Saturday, September 23. This fashion fête embraces New Orleans culture through its glamorous events around town!
The festivities will begin with a Pink is the New Black Kickoff Party at Virgin Hotels New Orleans featuring a presentation from Bambi Deville Vintage. Other events throughout the week include a sustainable fashion show at Degas House, runway shows at Gallier Hall, and a meet & greet with Heidi D’Amelio as she debuts her family’s new shoe line, D’Amelio Footwear. Dress for Success Strut & Stretch
In partnership with NOFW, head to Lakeside Shopping Center on Saturday, September 23 for an entire morning filled with fit fashion activities! Start off with an 8 a.m. power walk, followed by a 9 a.m. yoga class. After the two-hour workout session, sit back and enjoy the athleisure fashion show featuring nearby retailers, such as Athleta, Altar’d State, Aerie, and Lululemon. The Last Cut Sale
Whether it’s shopping for an upcoming birthday or getting a head start on holiday gift-giving, The Last Cut Sale is the perfect opportunity to stock up and shop local! Check out this shopping experience on Sunday, September 17 from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Ballroom in Metairie.
